New and Handiholic
« on: December 29, 2006, 05:08:14 PM »
I am new to the Handi rifle world and love it already.  It all started out with a youth model purchase (22 hornet) for my 6 year old son.  I immediately wanted my own and more than one caliber.  In the last month, I have acquired a 22 hornet, 223 Ultra and 243 SS/Synthetic.  I have bought these rifles used but have followed the bore break-in instructions on the FAQ's section.

I am truly a novice in the Handi world but this website is nothing but fantastic.  I log on everyday and absorb so much.  Additionally, I have spent some time on the Handi-Holics chat room.  This is a good place for instant feedback/answers.

Thanks to everyone who has contributed to the hundreds of topics/treads.

PS:  I would like my next purchase to be a 270 Handi.

Happy New Year
Roentgen (santiago.marroquin@cditx.com)

The 45-70 is always at the top of the short list for fun calibers, along with the .223, get both of em!! ;)
