6.5x55 swedish mauser barrel ???

just ordered one and wondering what grain bullets would work the best and how any of you like yours. All my ammo will be hand loaded and I will start off with some 129 grain sst hornadys since I have some for my 264 winchester magnum any info will be apreciated thanks alot

I got the barrel from midway usa wanted the 264 win mag but wasnot in stock so went with the 6.5 I already have a 264 in a model 70 winchester and wanted another but pretty excited about the swed The cost was$251.00 shipped from midway and this is a blued 26inch barrel they have them listed in the back of the big book as late additions or you can find them online at midway this is a  custom shop barrel
