Could a handi hold 53,000 cup? I was wanting to rechamber up form a 45-70? Thanks

I doubt the underlug would last long at full pressure of the .458Winmag if that's what you're considering, of course you could always shoot reduced loads, but that can be done with the .45-70 in Ruger data with just a throating.
