45 super?

I have been thinking about converting my springfeild milspec to shoot 45 super, Im thinking the added velocity might make it a better woods carry gun than the ACP round.
I havent heard of many people doing this and was just wondering what some of the pros and cons were, and is it even worth doing? Thanks.

Not much converting to be done, other than springs and maybe a buffer. Just be sure to use new 45 Super brass and make sure you don't get ACP brass mixed in.
