New Model Single Six

I found a New Model Single Six stainless steel 5 1/2" barrel never fired but light marks on the 22lr. cylinder with the mag. cylinder never in frame. The gun is on gun broker for 325.00 is this to much?  Thanks in advance.

I think it is pretty reasonable for a stainless.  

The only question I have is if it has never been fired, why would there be light marks on the cylinder?  Dry-firing?

I paid $350 last year for a 98% 5.5" SS in stainless. I know a new one will run over $400 in my local shops. You might try to contact the guy who had it on auction and see if he'll deal off line.
FWIW, The 5.5" is nice but my favorite is the 6.5". Just seems to 'feel" better in the hand.

Earlier this year I picked up a new model Single Six in stainless with the 6 1/2 inch barrel.  The gun was used but looked absolutely new.  It also had a custom set of wood grips that someone in my club said that they would run about $50.00.  I paid $285.00 for the gun and got a box of 22 WMR bullets thrown in.  The only draw back is the front sight.  With these aging eyes the sight doesn't seem quite dark enough.   A little touch up with a magic marker (non-permanent) took care of the job!!!  I really like the gun and it is a lot of fun.  Load up the WMR and you have quite a little barn burner there.

X-ring - I think $325 is on the high side. My son recently got one new for less. By the way I'm from southeast PA. if your in the area I can give you the name of a local dealer who you might want to check with. You might also want to check out this site http://members.aol.com/ronstcs/ he has a page with quite a few single sixes on it. I saw one he lists as being a rare model (don't know enough about them to know what is rare) for $349.00. I also saw another for $249.00.  I know Ron travels to quite a number of shows, perhaps he will be in your local area.
