FFG?
« on: December 10, 2006, 03:51:02 AM »
I know that fffg is the choice for 36 cal. pistols but any different in pressures, velocities, with ffg? I'm picking up a 51 navy and have a couple of cans of ffg on hand and fffg is hard to find around here. Any help would be appreciated.
Thanks.

It will work and pressures as well as velocity will be lower. It will not work as good a FFFG but it WILL work in the revolver.
"Never argue with an idiot. They will only bring you down to their level then beat you with experience." Not sure who first said this, but it makes sense.

powder can be mail ordered.
It is expensive for a can or two cuz of hazardous shipping issues.
For a 25# case you will save a whole lot.
You can't "resell it" legally, but it is legal for multiple people to go in on an order.
