I just got my hogs back from the processor and now my chest freezer is full to the brim... I guess I have to cook up a roast or two tonight. Ha ha! Chops, ribs, chili, roasts, yum!
Cheers,

I have 3 in the freezer-just had chops, chopped up simmered in green Peppers, Onions a few hours with seasoning.  3 boys & wife enjoyed MY "SPECIAL" tacos from that & the comment was "mmmm, best meat I ever had" from them...We have no problem doing away with anything i manage to take with my Bow.  Good Luck to all...
