SKS Trigger

Is there anything that can be done with the trigger on a SKS short of a block and tackle?  Springs etc?

I would definietly not try to take the pull too low. These rifles usually have quite 'generous' tolerances and their slam bang actions can create accidental machine guns if one's not careful..

Actually I wasn't talking about the SKS's slamfire problem. In referencing the slam-bang action I was talking about the voilent working of autoloaders, especially military autos where tolerances are loose.. This is somewhat beneficial with reliability but fine tuning a trigger pull is at best a problem. I was really trying to warn folks about altering sear angles and spring tensions to rduce trigger pulls.. In autos this can and will produce doubles and worse..
