What proud parents we are!!  On a family ranch in Colorado--no guide-just us parents-small 600 acre ranch--surrounded by national forest on two sides-2nd season youth hunt-snow was the deciding factor-it came and so did the elk passing through--one shot-240 yards---I HAVE ONE TIP THAT REALLY HELPED--she used a shooting pad--a pad that is worn over the shooting shoulder to protect with recoil--she always was nervous shooting the 270 Winchester--but not now!!!  She never felt a thing!!  Look in the Cabela's catalog or other hunting catalogs--SAVED THE DAY.

Congratulations to the young lady for her ability to get the job done. Love it when a plan comes to gather. I bet she is happy about this and i sure don't blame her for the happiness. Keep up the good work............Joe...........
