Can anyone tell me what the F.O.V. specs are for the Elite 3200 2-7x32 compared t the Elite 3200 3-9x 40?

44.6' @ 2x / 12.7 @ 7x  for the 2x7.  33.8 @ 3x / 11.5 @ 9x for the 3x9. You can go to Bushnell's site and check the specs out. The 1.5 x 4.5 with the new Firefly reticle looks interesting. You may want more eye relief than these scopes offer. If the firearm you're going to mount the scope on is a hard kicker I'd want more than 3" of eye relief. Dave

For me, eye relief is more of a factor than FOV.  The only way that I will consider purchasing a scope with a wider FOV than longer eye relief is under two circumstances: 1) the rifle is a relatively low-recoiling rifle, and 2) the range within which I will be shooting is VERY short (i.e. MUCH less than 100 yards, and actually closer to 50 yards or less) AND the terrain is one in which it is heavily wooded or contains much brush.

Perfect example: hunting small to medium sized hogs in the Texas brush country.
