I just picked up a used one of these and wondered if how they shot and what loads worked well in them...?

Thanks for the replies, seems to be a neat little front stuffer !

My wife has one and it shoots great. Her favorite load is 70g of 2f Goex and a .490 ball with a 15th patch. She has taken quite a few whitetails with this load. The rifle also shot the 245g Bal-ets very well. The one thing  we found is that it likes real black powder best. Pyrodex and 777 gave more than a few hang fires. We took the cheap sights off and put a set of Fire sights on it also. Have fun with your new rifle.
