Ruger stock question
« on: February 04, 2007, 05:36:06 PM »
ruger mk11 m77 use to use a rynite stock that many complained about, I think it is what is refered to as a boat paddle. it has inserts screwed on each side at the forearm and grip and I beleive the recoil pad is molded as part of the stock. where can I find one of these stocks? I assume it will fit any mk11 m77, right?  if you have upgraded and happen to have one of these in a short action, that you would like to sell, please P.M. me!

Tree Rat, I just came across one of these on Gunsamerica.com web site. The stock is listed under gun number 976789326 and is a short action old style Ruger synthetic 'boat paddle'. The seller is Vintage sporting (FFL) and they are asking $65.00. I hope this helps you in your search. Good luck.
