Howdy Willy,
All the Lyman revolvers that I have seen were made by Armi San Paolo/Euroarms. (hope I got the spelling correct)
They will be marked somewhere on them with DGG.

Howdy Folks,
Well, I had to come here and post this. I learn something new every day.
All the Lyman revolvers that I have seen were made by Euroarms, but here is one I ran across this morning up for auction that is clearly marked that it was made by Uberti.
