I find that Pyrodex RS loose powder is very consistant in my muzzle loader.

I have used Goex BP, Pyrodex in loose & pellets & triple Seven loose & in pellets. Triple Seven loose
powder has done the best for me.

I find that what's available locally dictates what I use, I've shot a lot of Goex and prefer it, but it's not available anywhere close, so I've been using 777, both 2f and 3f, it works very well in my inlines.

Since I am really new to BP rifles...I have only used 777FFg loose and a few of the 50 grain pellets...I think I may have found the best load for my rifle already in the 777 FFg loose powder...I'll just have to shoot it more to know that for a fact..
