There has been a bill introduced in the Missouri State House of Representatives which would allow law enforcement agencies to sell confiscated firearms to FFL holders and then use the money for thier departments.
Proponents of the bill say this is a way for the police to purchase needed equipment.
Opponents fear that gun owners will become unfairly targeted by law enforcement.
