I've got a buddy that has one and it does the exact same thing. His is the Cabela's version which doesn't have the thermometer and is supposedly 4.1 MP. I have the 100 and get good pictures at night but we kept thinking that something was blocking the flash on the 200.
He was in Cabela's about 2 weeks ago and they had several of the 200's in the bargain cave that people had returned. Must be a common problem.
