Yes it will work fine for the PP but I would nor recommend it for the GG bullet unless you take care not to push it in to a point were you swage the bullet side wall down to far, I dont like to do this.
For the PP load I patch too .002 under bore and that makes a problem with a regular sizing die especially with my .50-90. RCBS just does not make a proper sizing die to hold a .510 diameter bullet or even at .512 I sent the dies back and they always were good and replaced it but they wont make one of proper diameter. The Lyman does work.
But what I do for loading PP For my .40-70 ss I use the Hornady .405 brass because of the thicker walled cases they taper down and when there trimmed to 2.5" the case walls are ideal for the .398 diameter PP bullet but there to tight for a .408-410 diameter GG bullet, it swags them down to .406 at the bullet base.
The ..45-2.1 or the .45-2.4 I will use the .45 basic brass and trim it down and it will hold the .448-9 diameter bullet with out having to run them into a taper crimp or a sizing die.
But again the size die or a .452 pistol die will work like a taper crimp die, but take care setting them up so you dont swage the bullet.
One thing you could do is send CH-4D a drawing of your chamber reamer like I did for my .44-90 sbn and they will make a die that fits your chamber.
