Director of Marketing
The Marlin Firearms Company is seeking a Director of Marketing that will have complete responsibility of all Marketing, Advertising, Promotions and Public Relations activities. This person will directly report to the Vice President of Sales and Marketing. The qualified candidate will supervise the Marketing/Advertising staff; develop and execute annual marketing programs; attend trade shows; host writer and VIP hunts and events; be responsible for the proper management of all website functions; write press releases; and have a close working relationship with the sales team. This person will also need the skills to develop short and long term Marketing strategies and Advertising campaigns and will be responsible for managing a clearly defined multi-million dollar marketing budget.
Minimum of 7-10 years of industry related marketing experience with comprehensive knowledge of firearms a plus.
