PSO SCOPE ID

I just picked up a PSO Scope and was hoping I could get a little more info on it. From reading I figured out its Romanian ( the adjustment dials are in Romanian) the strange thing about it is the Romanian scopes are susposed to have tridium to activate the reticle this one looks as if it had an electric light like the Russian scopes. The problem is this one has been removed. Would it be possable to reactivate this light and the IR detector also. I really don't need these features but I like bells and whistles
