NEW Browning Carbine
« on: March 03, 2007, 11:18:44 AM »
Somewhere on this forum, a link about the new carbine was posted.  I saw one at Gander today.  It shouldered nice and felt great in my hand, it had real nice stocks on it, too..  I did not like the fiber optic sights, but that's just me.  However, even if you could put a whole clip of shots into the space of a dime at 100 yds., it would not be worth $500.  IMHO.  That was the price on the tag.  But, like they say, "It's all in what it's worth to YOU".  Just my 2 cents

If it is that new T-bolt one would have to ask if @ $625-$650 MSRP..a CZ American for much less $$... wouldn't serve just as well..

It was the semi-auto that uses the same clips as the Buckmark.

That's NOT new, it's the Buckmark rifle and it's been around several years.
