Sleepy Creek longspring traps verses old Onieda Victor traps

Hi:

    Does anyone know if the springs on the Sleepy Creek Longspring traps are of a different size and thickness when compared to the Oneida Victor longspring traps that were made 20 -25 years ago?

Ive heard nothing but bad reports on the longspring SC .  Coils seem to be better fm reports but i  myself dont have any.
