I have been looking for grips myself and found this on e-bay.
http://stores.ebay.com/TOMBSTONE-GUN-GRIPS
It seems that the gripframes on SAA and clones are made in many different sizes, you will probably have to buy an oversized grip and do some fitting yourself.
I havent ordered any aftermarket grips yet, but I´m considering an order to tombstone gun grips.

Are they one piece grips on your Uberti? You can go with one piece or two piece grips. If you have the one piece grips now and switch to two piece grips, you would have to think about putting that grip pin in your grip frame. As as already metioned you would need to fit them. But lots of places will fit them for you too, I think all you would have to send is your trigger gaurd and backstrap with it screwed together, but they would let you know.
Check out the grips at buffalo brothers, they have some neat looking stuff.
Happy grip hunting!
