CHICAGO CUTLERY FOLDING HUNTER ?
« on: September 10, 2003, 03:59:17 AM »
I have about a 30 year old brand new folding lock blade Chicago cutlery knife.  Is it rare?  The handles are dark brown wood with a brass logo on one side.  It's clip blade is serrated about 1/3 of blade.  The lock is the type build in between the bolster linings.  The reaon I ask is because I've never seen another like it.  Closed It's about six inches long.

Raz, searched around a bit and couldn't find a danged thing on that knife.  The only folder that Chicago offers now is a 5" folding filet with plastic handle/top lock. Didn't even know they made that.  Best bet I guess, is to go to either A.G. Russels site or Knifeforums.com and post your question at the collector's threads.
