Adding an After Market Speedometer to an ATV?
« on: February 24, 2007, 12:39:38 PM »
Has anyone ever attempted to add an after market speedometer to their ATV?  I recently bought a 2006 Honda Rancher TM.  It has no type of instrumentation on it.  I would like to add something that at least had an hour meter, RPM, speedometer, etc.  Not sure if it is worth the hassle, and maybe I should have bought the ES, but I just thought the foot shifter would be less troublesome down the road.

on my old HONDA i made a bracket for my GPS ..it gave me my speed ,the elevation and my way points from the cabin to my hunting spot  . [ get a cheap one ] you can't beat that ..if u sell the bike remove the GPS ..

Take a look at what this guy has, http://trailtech.net/computers.html I have one of the Endurance computers on my dirt bike. It has many features but does not have a tach, does everything else. Take a look at the Vapor, looks like it has a tach too..
