I know I know, it's not a Handi
, but it takes forever to get a response on the Rossi forum if I get one at all. I know alotta guys here have Rossi's too, and specifically, alot of guys that are impressed with and use the bushnell banner.
I noticed the 3-9x40mm Banner has a 6" eye relief. Is it very forgiving of eye relief? My wife and I will be sharing the rifle and since it's a youth stocked .308, I'd like to set it where I can see fine, and not get scopecut but she can see perfectly. It is more than anything a rifle for her, as I intend on getting another rifle for me later this summer. Just to get us both shooting.
Also, what height scope rings so I don't have to modify the hammer. Yes I'll be using a cheater(extension).
I don't want to get the high rings if the medium height will work.
Any input would be greatly appreciated as I'm hoping to get the gun outta layaway this weekend and order the scop from John(theopticzone). Speaking of which, does he still give disc to GBO members?
