Sexual offenders

Way down in the general info section, there was some post on how to locate sexual offenders in your neighborhood, and one of the "charges" was "gross sexual imposition".  I didn't know what that meant and asked.  No one responded so I'm wondering if one of you folks can tell me?
Colour me curious.   ???

Gross Sexual Imposition
Being touched on/in the thigh, genitals, buttocks, pubic region, or breasts, when force or threat of force was used or the victim's ability to defend was impaired by drugs, alcohol, or mental condition.

It's the dead of Winter here so we have a Beach Party at a local Saloon. Well I reckon by midnight everybody in the house was the victim of Gross Sexual Imposition. Boy was it fun.
