Ahhh, they discontinued those last year. Those I'm seen that were "new" were actually manufacturred a few years ago. Ruger had a lot of them sitting in thier warehouse. They were all bought by TALO who in turn sold them off through thier distribution group. They were then clearanced out at very good prices. Those that TALO held were to become the second run of the "Last Cowboy".
