Browning Model 1922 Windage screw wanted.

I have a Browning Model 1922 ( I think) .380 semi auto pistol that is missing a rear sight windage adj. screw. I've checked the usual sources and have come up dry. The screw is a oddball little thing that would be hard to make. Any help would be greatly appreaciated. Thanks. greer
