Ultra Handi-Rifle?

I went to Wal-Mart yesterday to see what they could order for me.  I saw both a handi-rifle and an Ultra handi-rifle.  Is the Ultra worth the extra money?

Depends on whether you like/want checkered  laminated  stocks, and in .223 or .243, the Ultra Varmint has a 24" bull barrel, both worth more to me!
