Safe way to carry a Colt Mustanga+2

What would be the best,safe way to carry a Mustang+2 as a concealed weapon? Can it be carried safely with a round in the chamber and the hammer down? Or should the chamber be kept empty?

Welll......I haf'ta admit...I carry it chamber loaded hammer down...in a pocket.

I'm not saying anyone else should, but thats how I carry mine also. In my back pocket.
