who is shooting the Crocket .32?
« on: March 20, 2007, 07:26:47 PM »
I just got one of these rifles today with all the accessories  ;D. I was wondering what sort of range/acuracy I can expect with PRB's? I also have some MaxiBalls do any of you have any imput on this bullet. BTW the rate of twist is 1 in 48". Cant wait to see the look on my boys faces the first time they shoot it ;D. I dont see in the owners manual what size cap it takes is it a #10 or a #11?

Thanks for any and all info

20 grains of FFF, patched round ball, and #11 primer = ragged holes at 25 yards

I think it is 3/8 but to be sure just contact Traditions. If you're in no hurry for the answer send them an email.
