I told you guys that this was over the top even for me .  ;D

Sanded them down , put 2 coats of Golden Pecan stain and 10 coats of high gloss Tung oil to finish .

Aaron

They came with the forarm a dark finish and the butt stock was part way sanded , was going to paint them but once i saw the grain i knew that there was no way that i was going to do that .  ;) The rubber pad came from MSP Ret. along with the hammer spur to finish it out .

They sure look great and some wonderful work there Stimpy, you better watch out you may start to like that "wood" look instead of the bright colors you have become famous for. However if any of your brightly painted stocks have something like that hidden under the paint it may be time to reach for the paint stripper and the sandpaper..Great job, congratulations!!!....<><.... :)

They look great Rich.  I especially like the way you shortened and rounded the heel of the pistol grip.  Nice touch.
