What I have always done through the years when wondering about a thing like this is run a quick test. In this case, smear an extra blob on and see what happens. -- Nothing will happen that you can measure unless a large amount of lube is put on intentionally, to make a grease wad for example, in which case it will slightly improve performance of plainbase, if the ammo isn't exposed to enough heat to melt the wad and wet powder prior to shooting.
The traces left from sizing will not wet enough powder that you can read it on a chronograph. Don't worry about it again.
