I've been wanting a new sling, one that is fully adjustable and can be used on any one of my CVA ML's. I wanted one that was black leather just because it gives it a nice look and feel. I started going through my grandfathers old horse harness because he had accumulated tons of it over the years and I was going to make something from that. After about a half hour I found exactly what I was looking for. It's the perfect length with a buckle at each end, so both ends of the sling can be adjusted. I had to grease it up a little bit because it was dry and trim it back a little bit, and punch some new holes, but I'm really pleased with the way it turned out.
