Newt hows spring turtle traping going ?

 Not so good there Newt Old Boy!
We had a wintery blast down here in North Carolina. Man!!! it felt like I was in MN.
SAY!!!! speeking of MN. I hear that "THE DEMO MAN" is up there give'n Boggy, Beaver trap'n leasons;D ;D
Yea, I came home. Cant catch turtles in this kind of weather.Gona finish out the rest of the week build'n snares. It'll warm up by the weekend. Them I'll get some traps overboard and "PILE'M UP"

 Newt--we got Demo Man into waders---for the first time in his life.Seems a person can stay pretty dry down in Iowa.LOL
 Gene enjoyed himself and picked the best day to go along,the next couple days were a lot wetter and the water --a lot deeper.

Hey Newty    you just have slow turtles,  caught a couple big snappers,  25# range up here and today there is a snow storm, up to 9 inches plus snow.... Tell you one thing towmorrows  check will be slippery and high water, maybe the turtles will float over the traps ......LOL..
