Lube Dents
« on: April 13, 2007, 09:47:45 AM »
Just ran through 100 204 casings through the resizer and noticed about 1/2 way through that I had about 10 casings with lube dents on them.  Cleaned out my resizer and watched my lubing a little bit better and everything is fine.  But wondering if the cases are worth loading and will the fill out again after firing. Most of them are very minor dents.  I have a handful of others with dents that I was just planning on recycling, but after denting 10 once fired 204 casings, I'd kind of like to use them again.

Load 'em and shoot 'em.  They'll iron out during firing.

As long as they are only small dents that woln't affect case cap. go ahead and shoot them , they will form to the chamber just fine . I have had 223s that were dented from an AR ejector and they smothed out just fine , but were not loaded near max .
