Factory scope on the USH 12 GA?
« on: April 14, 2007, 09:35:42 AM »
Since when does H&R offer a factory 3-9x32 scope on their Ultra Slug Hunter?  I was perusing H&R's website today and just noticed that.  What scope brand is it?

So far, no one has reported getting any factory scoped firearm, rifle or otherwise, so your guess is as good as the next. Firearms factory equipped optics are usually entry level scopes like the Simmons 8-point.

Yeah...I know...I figure that since H&R/NEF did not name the scope in the ad that it is a cheaper unit.

I held one at the NRA show a week ago, the mounts they have it in are very high and the eye relief is short (ouch).  I would get the gun and put my own scope on it.
