You have to move the back sight down to lower point of impact. You can try taking the elevator right out of the back sight, and laying it on the barrel. It may also shoot high because of upward pressure on the barrel from the stock. My Savage 93 that uses the same stock as the MarkII needed some filing of the barrel channel just ahead of the front mounting screw. It was shooting high as well.
