Does anyone have one of these.I was thinking of getting the Century 2000 model in 45LC /410.Do you think there worth the money?Thanks.Dave

Dave ive played with my buddys bond. Hes got 410 barrels 44 mag and 45 colt. There a well built bruttely strong gun. About the only thing i didnt like is they have the typical terrible deringer trigger pull. You want to talk recoil and strenght i pulled the trigger on two rounds of 44 mags loaded with 22 grains of 110 and a 300 lfn. It was about like lighting a m80 off in your hand. His gun has seen alot of those loads and its as tight as new.

As Lloyd said - excellent quality.  Corbon's 200 gr JHP in 45 Colt shoot good ... recoil is not that bad when you shoot it but soreness appears in a few hours and sticks around a while.  I would not get the 45/2-1/2" 410 combo barrel ... maybe the regular 3" 410 barrel ... the 2-1/2" just did not strike me as being very effective on the rattlers I shot with it - compared to the 200 gr JHP.

They are very well made, not junk at all ... good idea to get the triggerguard, which is removable anyway.  They are not exactly a pocket gun but are otherwise very easy to carry around.

Man, I have looked at them, and have really been tempted, but I've never seen a gun so hard to cock before in all my life. I don't know if my thumb could last very long!

A friend of mine has the 357, strong well built and vary HEAVY, to only have 2 rounds I believe I will opt. for something about the same weight that offers more firepower.  JIM

I looked at them and American Derringers. I went with the American because it was smaller with a better trigger. ;D
