Crooked scope-will it affect accuracy?

When I shoulder my gun, the recticles are where they should be. But When you put it in a vice, and level it, the recticle slants slightly to the right. I mounted the scope by using my eye. Will this affect accuracy?

I sight in a lot of rifles for other people.  I always have them set the reticle level for them in their shooting position.  I think it is important for the reticle to look/be level for your shooting position or style.  I have found on my own guns that level on the bench does not equate to level from my shoulder for off hand shooting and I would have to force the gun level against my natural muscle position.  This does not make for the best shooting.  However, when actually shooting from whatever position or rest the reticle must be level or your bullet path will be of center from the scope.
Now for the short answer-No.
