Same here! I may have asked this before, but does anyone know how much case cap. this round has?

My understanding is the capacity is 6% greater than the 375 H&H

Well I'm still a bit confused.  Some articles and specs show a 0.522 rim and a 0.522 base.  Others show a 0.532 rim and a 0.532 base.  The later would seem to make better sense since all regular belted cases use that rim and belt diameter (0.532).

What I am pretty sure of is that it is not based on the 404 Jeffery which is a rebated rim the body is 0.555.

If any one can find real SAMII specs for this I'd really appreciate it.

0.5390 rim
0.5420 base
I quote "the demensions of the rim,base and length of this basic case are almost certain to be slightly different from the corresponding  MAXIMUM dimensions specified for any case you plan to form from this one. Don't let the normal variation of a few ten-thousandths of an inch -- even a few thousandths -- worry you."

This is out of Ken Howell's "design and forming CUSTOM CARTRIDGES for rifles and handguns"

Does this help. This new Ruger case has the same rim size as the 375 H&H with the base the same size as the belt of the H&H case.

Here's my response from Hornaday regarding the 375 Ruger case specifications:

Mr. Ward,

SAAMI maximum specification for the rim diameter is .532.  Also, the maximum main body diameter at .200 from the head is .532.
 
For manufacturing specs, the body diameter at .200 is about .529 on an unfired case.  The rim diameter is usually .526-.530.

I read that the case holds 2-3 grains more than the 375 H&H.
