Isn't the BMP supposed to be implemented this year? A year ago it was all over the Internet now you don't see anything. Whats the deal with it? Did it go down the sewer where it belongs or what?

Theres a lot of controversy over the BMP's. There are no laws in Ky that are influenced by them. I sure hope their never a mandatory thing.
