We generally use our .22s for plinking in the back yard so I just buy whatever bulk promotional ammo is on sale.   I have not spent a lot of time trying to shoot minute groups with my dauhter's Rossi like I have with my Ruger 10/22 but the Remington Thunderbolt seems to be pretty accurate and may edge out the Federal by a whisker.  It's hard to tell tho shooting at empty soda cans, etc.   I have not had any failures to fire with any of the ammo I have tried yet.  Used to really like the PMC .22's but have not been able to find them lately.

As with any rifle, each seem to have their own preferences so what shoots killer groups in my daughters Rossi may not shoot well in yours and vice versa.  Best advice is to buy a 50 round box of as many brands/types that you can find and try them out.   That's one of the beauties of shooting .22s, you can do a lot of shooting without breaking the bank.
