If you want to try sending a blank punch I'll see if I can somehow fixture it up. If I can, I'll have no problem machining the nose form in. If I can't figgure out a way to fixture the punch, the idea won't work. For this reason, if you send a blank punch, don't pay for my cutting it, just in case I can't. If I can I'll do it NC, and will then have the fixture to do it for anyone who needs it, at the normal price of coarse.
