PD shoot
« on: June 12, 2007, 11:03:21 AM »
Well I finally got the Lapua brass in and loaded some rds. for the Optima Elite 243.I got it the night before leaving and after zeroing out there it shot very well. I put 50 rds. down range's of 225 to 275 yds. and the 65 gr. Vmax's blew all of them completly in half. The little 243 really suprised me with the way it shot without any brass preperation or even fullenght sizing. I used a nearmax load of IMR 4350 and the 65 gr. Vmax. I'm really looking forward to a 222 barrel for next year.    :) :) :)   Digger
