Relax my EYES
« on: May 29, 2007, 12:03:04 PM »
Had my second eye done today and was told not to strain my eye. That includes reading, TV and computer use. So I will quit the forum for at least three weeks.
See you later.

Thanks for all the goos wishes. I am wearing very dark glasses when looking

at the screen. That works pretty good. My vision is pretty close to 20/20.

So I have no complaints. Even shot a few gophers on the week end with the
17HRM. Since I got this rifle the 6x47 gets hardly any use.

I suffer the loss of our good friend Wally I was to see him next winter on my
way to Yuma. God bless his soul.

I've been gone a while, Fred.
Did you have enhancement surgery or cataract replacement?

I suppose you can call it an enhancement surgery, since my eye sight is
greatly improved. The cataracs were removed and lenses implanted.

This is an amazing technology. Thanks SS for the thought and good wishes to all of you.

My folks have both gone through that procedure. They were intentionally left slightly nearsighted, but their glasses are much weaker than before. Just stick to your eyedrops schedule and don't go shooting any 50BMG until it heals and you should be fine.
