Heres my story and i'm sticking to it .
Fuzzy and myself got to Hooker at around 7AM turs. morning ran to Wally World to get our lic. and then out to Dans we went , first order of business was to wake up Dan and sight in a couple rifles . Turs. was kinda a just get things lined up day with most of the guys draging in through out the day and meeting up at the Cole Inn to say hello .
Fri. was when the real shooting started , our new buddy TJ hooked us up with the mother of all towns , when we pulled up it looked like the ground was moving there were so many dogs running around , Marv , Clint , Fuzzy and myself were in p-dog heaven , we shot on that town all morning and never put a dint in it . Around 1 PM or so we headed to lunch , after eating we headed back to Dans place , at that time TJ told us that there was still part of that town that we had not even seen yet .
Fuzzy got out the 303 Enfield and once he got the sites down was hitting dogs out at 300 yards , not sure if the bullets were killing them or all the dirt & rocks that flew up but he just trashed that mound ( looked like an AIR STRIKE hit it )
Fri. night we all got together at Dans for some great pork butts , boy was that some good eats .
Sat. morning it was back to Dans for another start of even more shooting on the town that we started on Fri., we shot there all day and still didn't put a hurting on that town .
Sat. night we got together at Dans for RIBS and to hand out the door prizes plus just shooting the bull , Lik2hunt took some pics as i handed things out .
Come Sun. morning Dan and TJ put us on a town that had not been shot since fri. so the dogs had calmed down and were out in force , we shot there for afew hours , then back to the first town and even more dogs .
Sun. night us that were left at Dans were treated to more great food , this time fish , batter dipped Walleye & more BSing .
Lik2hunt , Digger , Fuzzy and myself were the last to pull out on Mon. morning , I think everyone had a wonderful time .
