Lyman is good in my book too! I think Lee, Hornady, Redding, Forster, RCBS, etc, are also good. Your press should not have developed that error and they fixed it, I'm glad. All our makers seem to give pretty fair support to their products unless the problem is due to blatant misuse and I don't expect them to correct those things for free even tho sometimes they do. I suspect some folks get turned down for corrections largely because of their own belligerent attitudes.
It always amuses me to read of someone's undying devotion to a given brand because of good support. I learned a long time ago that no tool or machine is fool proof if the fool is persistent enough and I don't want to pay for foolish errors with the original purchase price of my stuff, which is what happens with all tool warranties.
