Remington Arms Bought Out by Cerberus

Well, it seems that Cerberus Capital Management (named after a mythical three headed dog that guards the "Gates of Hell") has bought out Remington for around $370 million dollars. They have also bought Bushmaster, 80% of Daimler Chrysler, and 51% of GMAC. Where is this kind of money coming from I wonder?
