Monday Nov 19 2007. I got the .357 I sent them 60 days ago. That's no biggie, I was expecting 30-90 days, so I was please to see it come in between those days.

First I tell you what happened. I just bought the gun on April 26 2007. And I fired about 300 rounds of .38s, I shot a .357 round threw it for the heck of it to see what it's like to shot a factory .357 mag round threw it.

Well, after I fired it, the hammer would not stay in the cocked possession. So I called Braztech, and they told me to just send it in, and they will take care of it, in so many words. So I had to pay to have it shipped to them and I got it back in a perfect 60 days.

So I brought it to the range to test fire it with .38+Ps. Works fine now.

Took it home, and tonight before carrying it in my car to the store, I grabbed my registration card to put in my wallet. I decide to make sure the serial numbers match in case I get pulled over by the police.

Well they don't. I'm a little puzzled the card says AP483???, the gun says AU533???.

I can't figure out weather they sent me the wrong gun, or a replacement. I guess I'll find out Monday when I get up in the morning. It really has me scratching my head though, and I ended up bringing the ST101. ;D

PS: They boogered up the grip too.

There is no serial number of the different gun on the invoice, just the number of the original gun I sent in.
So I have no proof it's my gun. It says Ship to 07-REPLCEM-001 and my address.

The description says REPLACEMENT SERIAL# with the original serial # of the gun I sent in AP483???.

They replaced the gun. Keep the Invoice and related paperwork to prove it.
